The smart jammer scans for nearby mobile devices and reads their IMSIs (International Mobile Subscriber Identities) when they attempt to connect to the network.
The jammer compares the detected IMSIs with pre-configured whitelists (allowed devices) and blacklists (blocked devices). Devices on the whitelist are allowed to connect to public networks, while those not listed are jammed.
The effective jamming range can vary depending on the jammer’s power, but the radius is typically adjustable, allowing control over how far the jamming signal extends.
